Check out our newly planted garden!
"There are different vegetables in the vegetable garden. We planted onion, radish, spinach, garlic, colyflower, cabbage, tomato and corriander. We are hard worker" - From Nirmal.
It took the children all their weekend and a few days after school but we finally got it all done. Each morning now we water it all. Very exciting.
Rent finally got paid. Thanks to everyone who has helped us. Now it is time to try and get the new kids school jerseys for the raipdly approaching winter season. Each morning at devotionals and morning homework time we all sit around with blankets (or towels). I can't imagine what it will be like in december (the middle of winter).
It is lovely thing at the moment to have a cup of tea on the roof watching the mist and fog slowly dissapaite from the vallery in the morning right after the kids have gone off to school.
Ah also if anyone has any questions or wants to know more specifically how any kids are doing or even pass on a message to them, please post comments. They love to hear from old volunteers and never forget any of you, always recalling stories of your times here at the slightest mention of a name.
Here is the full view of the yard and a lovely pose from Anosh:
